TATTOO CARE GUIDE
Before Your Appointment
  • Get good rest. Come well-slept and hydrated.

  • Eat something. Don’t arrive on an empty stomach.

  • Avoid alcohol and drugs. For at least 24 hours before your session.

  • Tell us about medications. If you're taking blood thinners, Roaccutane, antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or any prescribed medication, please let us know in advance.

  • Let us know about health conditions. Skin issues, allergies, chronic illnesses, or immune problems may affect your session.
→ In some cases, we may recommend rescheduling for your safety.

  • Do not stop any medication without consulting your doctor.

  • Moisturize the area. Lightly moisturize the skin 2–3 days before (but not on the day itself).

  • Avoid sunburn or tanning.

  • Come clean. Please shower and avoid perfumes or lotions on the tattoo area.

  • Wear comfortable clothing. Choose outfits that give easy access to the tattoo location.

  • Bring snacks for longer sessions.

Aftercare – The Healing Process
Right After Your Tattoo
  • Leave the protective film or bandage on for 2–6 hours, unless instructed otherwise.

  • Wash your hands, then gently wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap.

  • Pat dry with a clean paper towel — never rub.

  • Apply a thin layer of tattoo aftercare cream (fragrance-free, non-alcoholic).

  • Avoid re-covering unless recommended.

First Week
  • Wash and moisturize the tattoo 2–3 times daily.

  • Keep it clean, dry, and lightly moisturized — no thick layers of cream.

  • Do not scratch, pick, or peel — even if it itches or flakes.

  • Avoid tight clothing, heavy exercise, and direct sunlight.

  • No swimming, sauna, or soaking.

After Week 2
  • Most healing is complete after 2–3 weeks.

  • Keep moisturizing daily.

  • Protect your tattoo from sunlight — always use SPF 50 if exposed.

  • Proper aftercare is key to beautiful healing and long-lasting results.
